Five banks to loan 400 billion yen to ANA Holdings
三井住友銀行や政府系の日本政策投資銀行など5つの銀行は全日空の親会社であるANAホールディングスに返済を後回しにできる「劣後ローン」で合わせて4000億円の融資を行う方向です
Five banks, including Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and the Development Bank of Japan, which is affiliated with the government, are planning to provide a total of 400 billion yen to ANA Holdings, the parent company of ANA, with a ”subordinated loan” that can postpone repayment.
Subordinated loans are partly considered capital, allowing ANA to strengthen its financial base and facilitate future financing.
Banks and ANA are expected to sign a contract by the end of this month
Banks will work together to support ANA’s management amid the inevitable prolonged slump in air traffic demand
