A 24-year-old suspect was arrested for pretending to be his brother and signing a lie on documents when he was interrogated by the police for causing a rear-end collision in Kitakyushu.
The police sent documents to the brother without being able to see through the impersonation, and said, ”We will try to prevent a recurrence so that this kind of thing does not happen again.”
