Rescuing a 6-year-old boy from the wreckage of a building Indonesia earthquake

A 6-year-old boy was rescued from the wreckage of a building after an earthquake struck a populated area in West Java, Indonesia, on Thursday.
Having spent more than two days under the rubble has brought hope to those who are praying for the safety of the missing.

Video taken at the scene shows the boy being rescued by a rescue team.
The boy was found next to the body of his grandmother, according to the Indonesian National Disaster Prevention Agency (BNPB).
Local media reported that the boy was being treated in hospital.
Rescue workers had earlier removed the bodies of the boy’s parents, BNPB added.

According to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), the magnitude (M) 5.6 earthquake occurred at around 1:21 pm on the 21st in Cianjur district, West Java.
The depth of the epicenter was 10 kilometers.
