Electric scooter manufacturing factory, all workers are female Indian start-up company

Ora Electric, a subsidiary of India’s ride-hailing service giant Ora, has revealed that all workers involved in the operation of the latest factory established in Tamil Nadu will be women.
The company’s co-founder Babish Agarwal said in a blog post on the 13th that the factory will eventually hire 10,000 women.
The first group will start working within the week
Full operation is scheduled for the end of 2022
According to a post on the blog, the factory is one of the largest women-only factories in the world, and it will be a women-only vehicle manufacturing factory.
