“Certified Care Worker” Exam: Make it easier for working people to take the exam
According to the government, the number of people who require nursing care, including the elderly, continues to increase.
However, the number of people taking the national examination for certified care workers has decreased by about 10,000 over the past four years.
The country believes that it must hire more people to work in nursing care.

Experts from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare decided on the 11th to update the test method to make it easier for working people to take the test.
1年に1回ある試験を、3つのパートに分けます
The exam, which is held once a year, is divided into three parts.
Even if you don’t pass all three parts at once, you can become a care worker if you pass the remaining parts within two years.
Experts believe this will encourage people who didn’t pass the exam the first time to take the exam again.
