企業・団体献金の扱いをめぐっては、自民党が提出した法案と、立憲民主党と日本維新の会などが提出した法案は、いずれも可決が見通せない情勢で、自民、公明、国民民主の3党は、禁止ではなく規制を強化する方向で来月以降も議論を継続することにしています。

こうした中、立憲民主党の野田代表は新潟県長岡市で記者団に対し「自民・公明両党と国民民主党で新しい案をつくっている最中に採決するのはおかしな話で、あすの採決に応じる必要はない」と述べました。
