Osho Food Service and Nippon Flour Mills, a major flour milling company, have announced price increases.
Osho Food Service, which develops the restaurant chain ”Gyoza no Ohsho”, will raise the price from 20 yen to 30 yen from the 14th of next month for 14 items, which is about 20% of the entire menu such as dumplings, fried rice, and mapo tofu.
In addition, Nippon Flour Mills will raise the price of household flour, pasta, dried noodles, etc. by about 3% to 13% in order from the delivery on July 1st.
The reason for the price increase was that the government’s selling price of imported wheat was raised from this month.
