トランプ氏は２１日、ＦＯＸニュースのインタビューで、「ＴｉｋＴｏｋ」のアメリカでの事業をめぐる「オラクル」などのアメリカ企業と中国のＩＴ企業「バイトダンス」による提携案について、「アメリカ側の企業が支配権を所有し、完全に統制する」という認識を示しました
In an interview with FOX News on the 21st, Mr. Trump said, ”American companies dominate” about a partnership proposal between American companies such as ”Oracle” and Chinese IT company ”ByteDance” over the business of ”TikTok” in the United States.
He emphasized, ”If we find that we are out of full control, we will not approve the transaction.”
Mr. Trump had previously said that he had ”approved” the alliance proposal, but the outlook has become uncertain again due to discrepancies between the US and Chinese explanations regarding the investment ratio and control of the new company.
