The storm will possibly heading to north japan after, and we expect extratropical cyclone change
But we will experience strong winds until 25th particularly from eastern japan to northern japan.
Expected maximum instantaneous wind speed of 30klm/hr particularly in eastern and norther japan, and there is a risk that the wind will make it difficult to driv.
And still we need to be vigilant in strong wind and high waves.
