The debt of the countries around the world is significantly increasing.

With the new coronavirus problem, countries around the world are spending a lot of money to improve their economies.
Because of this, the debt of those countries has increased.
The UN IMF said on 14th that ”the debt of the world’s countries is likely to be 98.7% of GDP this year.”
GDP is the sum of the goods and services produced in the country.
According to the IMF, the world’s national debt is about the same as one year’s GDP, the highest percentage of GDP ever.
Japan’s debt is 266% of Japan’s GDP, the highest percentage in the world.
Next is the United States with 131%, euro-using countries of the Europe with 101%, and China with 61%.
