10月から、育児休業の制度が変わりました
From October, the childcare leave system has changed.

「産後パパ育休」という制度が始まって、子どもが生まれてから8週間以内に、男性が4週間まで休むことができます
A system called ”postpartum papa childcare leave” has started, and men can take up to 4 weeks off within 8 weeks after a child is born.
4 weeks can be split into 2
After that, you can take childcare leave up to twice before your child turns one year old.
前の制度では、育児休業を利用できるのは普通1回で、多い場合でも2回でした
Under the previous system, childcare leave was usually available only once, and at most twice.
From October, you can take up to 4 days off, so you can consult with your spouse and use it when it is convenient for you.
厚生労働省によると、2021年度に育児休業を利用した男性は13.97％でした
According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, 13.97% of men took childcare leave in fiscal 2021.
