Prime Minister Truss apologizes, admits economic policy failure

British Prime Minister Liz Truss has apologized for her economic policies, including tax cuts.
Mr. Truss’s economic policies have caused controversy, the pound has fallen sharply, and financial markets are in turmoil.
It also led to the dismissal of the finance minister, and Mr. Truss lost an ally

In an interview with the BBC, Truss said he would lead the Conservative Party in the next general election.
The Truss administration has come under tremendous pressure from investors and party members since late September when it announced its economic policy.
