China Releases Model Area for Hydrogen Fuel Technology That Does Not Emit Carbon Dioxide

While the Communist Party Congress was being held in China, a model district of hydrogen fuel technology that does not emit carbon dioxide was released to the foreign media in Beijing.
The hydrogen station located in the model district on the outskirts of Beijing has the world’s largest supply of 4.8 tons per day, and is used by buses and transport trucks running in the city.
In addition, within the district, research on hydrogen technology is being conducted through industry-academia collaboration with the support of the government, and about 40 companies, including a hydrogen vehicle engine manufacturing company, are in operation.
China, which aims to peak carbon dioxide emissions by 2030, is advancing the development of hydrogen fuel technology at a rapid pace.
