Many people enter the highway by mistaken guidance of moped app
Motorbikes, bicycles under 125cc, and pedestrians must not enter the expressway.
However, in Osaka Prefecture, it is becoming more common that people enter the expressway by mistake.
According to the Osaka Prefectural Police, from January last year to September this year, there were 436 incidents of mopeds, bicycles, and people entering the expressway.
About 35% of them entered the expressway following the route guidance app on their smartphones.
