Shibetsu City in Hokkaido raises a lot of sheep.
In order to keep the sheep healthy even when the weather heats up, the sheep on the ranch are currently being sheared short.
On the 9th in Shibetsu City, there was a meeting to teach how to shear sheep.
Mr. Shun Oishi, who works as a sheep shearer, taught four people who work at a ranch

Mr. Oishi used a clipper to cleanly cut the wool of the sheep.
Mr. Oishi taught that it is important to hold the sheep firmly so that they do not get hurt.
The four participants cut their hair with clippers while listening to Mr. Oishi’s story.
One participant commented, ”I came because I wanted to cut my hair better.
I want to help the ranch where I work.”
