Ukrainian steelworks surrender about 771 new people

The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that 771 new Ukrainian soldiers who had been standing in the steelworks in Mariupol in the southeastern part of Ukraine had surrendered.
On the 19th, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that 771 Ukrainian soldiers had newly surrendered at the Azovstal ironworks in Mariupol, and the total number of surrendered soldiers reached 1730.
A Pentagon spokesman commented that 80 of them were injured and that they were ”provided with the necessary treatment” at a hospital in a pro-Russian-controlled area.
The International Committee of the Red Cross has begun to support the surrendered Ukrainian soldiers, and is acting as a liaison with their families.
However, the top of the pro-Russian faction who effectively controls the area around Mariupol has declared that Ukrainian soldiers are ”war criminals, so they will go to military trial”, and the prospect of treatment is unclear.
