No service between Tokyo and Shinagawa on the night of the 21st.

Due to improvement work at JR Hamamatsucho station in Tokyo, Tokaido Line services will be suspended between Tokyo and Shinagawa on the night of the 21st.
The Keihin Tohoku Line`s upper and lower lines, and part of the Yamanote Line`s outer route will also have fewer trains than usual.
JR East is switching tracks to widen the Keihin-Tohoku Line platform in the station as part of improvement work being carried out in conjunction with the redevelopment of the Hamamatsucho Station area.
As a result, there will be no trains between Tokyo and Shinagawa on the Tokaido Line and between Ueno and Shinagawa on the Joban Line from around 10 p.m. on the 21st until the last train.
In addition, the Keihin Tohoku Line will use the Yamanote Line tracks between Tabata and Tamachi, so the number of trains will be reduced on the Keihin Tohoku Line upper and lower lines and part of the Yamanote Line outer route.
JR East estimates that about 63,000 people will be affected.
