In Luhansk Oblast, eastern Ukraine, Russian troops aiming for complete control are intensifying their offensive to the last base of Ukrainian troops.
According to the Governor of Luhansk Oblast, on the 27th, fierce battles with the Russian army are continuing in Severodonetsk, the last base of the Ukrainian army.
The mayor of Severodonetsk said, ”The death toll has risen to 1,500 so far, and there are still about 13,000 remaining in the city.”
Also, 60% of the houses were destroyed.
