　主おもな輸出先ゆしゅつさきは、中国ちゅうごく、ドイツ、イタリアで特とくにインドでは、ロシアからの原油げんゆが精製せいせいされた後あと、欧米おうべいへと再輸出さいゆしゅつされていて、「抜ぬけ穴あな」になっていると指摘してきしています
