山梨県やまなしけんの富士河口湖町ふじかわぐちこまちはこのほど、人気にんきの撮影さつえいスポットにオーバーツーリズム（観光公害かんこうこうがい）対策たいさくとして設置せっちした巨大きょだいな幕まくをひっそりと撤去てっきょした

The town of Fujikawaguchiko in Yamanashi Prefecture recently quietly removed a huge curtain that had been erected at a popular photo spot as a measure against overtourism (tourist pollution).

The town, located at the foot of the Yoshida route for climbing Mt. Fuji, has been thronged with foreign tourists for some time, trying to take the perfect photo of Mt. Fuji.

Before the curtains were installed, local residents had complained about tourists not following traffic rules and throwing away garbage.
