For this reason, the government decided to end the technical intern training system and start a new ``developmental employment’’ system.
Under the new system, we will teach you techniques so that you can obtain the ”Specified Skilled Worker” qualification within three years of coming to Japan.
We will start in fields where there is a shortage of workers, such as nursing care, construction, and agriculture.
