US House passes bill to suspend debt ceiling
米議会下院は３１日、米政府の債務上限の適用を２０２５年１月１日まで停止する法案を可決した
The U.S. House of Representatives on Wednesday passed a bill to suspend the application of the U.S. government debt ceiling until January 1, 2025.
採決の結果は賛成３１４票、反対１１７票だった
The result of the vote was 314 votes in favor and 117 votes against.
賛成したのは共和党１４９人、民主党１６５人
149 Republicans and 165 Democrats voted in favor.
71 Republicans and 46 Democrats opposed the bill.
法案は今後上院で可決される必要があり、その後バイデン大統領に送付されて署名、成立する
The bill still needs to pass the Senate before being sent to President Biden for signature and enactment.
It is not yet known when the Senate will vote
