Japans apartment price has reached 83.6 million yen
不動産経済研究所が１７日発表した１月の首都圏（東京都、神奈川、埼玉、千葉各県）の新築マンション平均価格（１戸当たり）は前年同月比４７．９％上昇の８３６０万円でした
The average price of new condominiums in the Tokyo metropolitan area (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, and Chiba prefectures) in January, announced by the Real Estate Economic Research Institute on January 17 (per unit) was 83.6 million yen, up 47.9% from the same month last year.
The record number of 7.497 million yen, (November 1990) which was recorded during the bubble period,was exceeded and new record was set.
