Apple profit decline, iPhone sales slump
アメリカのIT大手「アップル」の今年1月から3月までの決算は、売上高が4％減少し、日本円でおよそ14兆円でした
The American IT giant Apple’s financial results from January to March of this year showed a 4% decrease in sales to approximately 14 trillion yen in Japanese yen.
Net income decreased by 2% to approximately 3.6 trillion yen, resulting in a decrease in sales and profits.
This was affected by the fact that sales of the mainstay iPhone were down 10% from the previous year.
Meanwhile, the stock price rose approximately 6% as the company announced an additional share buyback worth approximately 16.83 trillion yen, the largest in U.S. history.
