According to the Royal Family, the photos were taken this month in Norfolk, which is in the middle of of the UK, by his mother Catherine (37).

The Prince is depicted wearing a sweater, and 2 teeth already grown out, showing he is growing under favorable conditions.
Photography is one of Her Royal Highness Princess Catherine’s hobbies; she has established the practice taking photos of birthdays and other events where were made available to the public.
Prince Louis is Prince William and wife’s 2nd son.
