Hitachi will start a service that allows you to call the elevator and register the destination on your smartphone if you register the elevator as a friend on LINE in advance.
Hitachi also sells gates and entrances where you can enter and exit the building with face recognition if you register your face in advance, and the elevator will guide you to the registered floor.
