Hewlett-Packard (HP), founded by Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard in 1938 in the garage of Palo Alto, California, USA
Its descendants, HP Enterprise (HPE), will relocate their headquarters to Texas.
Starting with the success of HP in Palo Alto, northern California became a hub of IT companies and eventually became known as ”Silicon Valley”.
In the IT industry, companies moving from California to Texas are moving one after another, and Sign Easy, Question Pro, DZS, etc. have also moved.
Dell’s headquarters are located in Round Rock, near Austin, Texas, and many other IT companies are considering moving to Texas for tax reasons.
