Wajima City: Temporary housing has been built for people whose homes were destroyed in the earthquake

In Ishikawa Prefecture, it was learned that more than 40,000 homes were destroyed by this earthquake.
After the earthquake, the prefecture began building ”temporary housing” for people whose homes were destroyed to live in for a while.

More than 4,000 families have applied, according to the city.

The prefecture is currently constructing approximately 1,200 temporary housing units in Wajima City, Suzu City, Nanao City, Noto Town, Anamizu Town, Uchinada Town, and Shiga Town.
