Toyama Prefecture restaurant collects donations through cooking to support the Noto Peninsula
Eiji Taniguchi, who runs a restaurant in Toyama Prefecture, has started an activity to support restaurants in Ishikawa Prefecture that were damaged by the Noto Peninsula earthquake.

There are 8 types of dishes, including seaweed rolls made with ingredients from Toyama Prefecture.
The set also includes sake from a company in Himi City, Toyama Prefecture, which was damaged by the earthquake.
We gave one to each person who donated 5,000 yen, and the 300 dishes we prepared were gone in an hour.
Taniguchi says, ``There are many people on the Noto Peninsula who are familiar with restaurants.

I hope everyone gets well.”
Taniguchi and his colleagues plan to carry out this activity on the 1st of every month in Toyama City until July this year.
