A large number of people gathered for a bean-throwing event at a shrine damaged by the earthquake.
At Juzo Shrine in Wajima City, Ishikawa Prefecture, beans are thrown every year on Setsubun.
This shrine was also heavily damaged by the Noto Peninsula earthquake, but a bean-throwing event was held on February 3rd.
This year, the building I always use was broken, so I threw beans from the top of a truck.
When we scattered the beans and sweets collected in cooperation with restaurants in Kanazawa City, the people who had gathered happily picked them up.
