Austria reduces reliance on Russian gas

Leonore Gebesler, the Austrian minister for climate action, said Thursday
According to Gebesler, the share of Russian gas in gas supply fell from 79% in February to 21% in September.
Mr. Gebesler thanked the energy companies for opening up new supply countries and the people who worked to save electricity in their homes.
Mr. Gebesler said that the real freedom will come when he can completely live without Russian gas, and that he is working full speed every day to get there.
