Kherson Oblast, Ukraine: Attacks continue even after recapture, killing 32 civilians

It is said that 32 people were killed in about two weeks after the Ukrainian army recaptured the provincial capital of Kherson.
As the attacks intensified, many people tried to escape from Kherson City, and the convoy stretched for about 1 kilometer.
According to Reuters, Russian forces are currently attacking the city of Kherson from the east bank of the Dnipro River.
On the other hand, President Zelensky held an international conference in Kyiv, the capital, on the 26th with the aim of promoting grain exports.
In a newly released video, he states that ”food security is a key element of security” and emphasizes that ”hunger must not be used as a weapon.”
