Airbus announces plans for hydrogen fuel cell-powered aircraft
欧州航空機大手エアバスはこのほど、水素を動力とする燃料電池エンジンを開発中だと発表しました
European aircraft giant Airbus has announced that it is developing a hydrogen-powered fuel cell engine.
We plan to test it on the largest airliner in history.
エアバスは先月３０日のイベントで、Ａ３８０「スーパージャンボ」の改造機の主翼と尾翼の間にこのエンジンを搭載すると明らかにしました
Airbus announced at an event on the 30th of last month that it will install this engine between the main and tail wings of a modified A380 ”Super Jumbo”.
As part of the ”Airbus ZEROe” initiative to introduce a zero-emission aircraft that does not emit carbon dioxide (CO2) by 2035, it is expected to conduct a test flight in 2026.
