The American singer Madonna is being sued by two people who bought tickets to a concert in Brooklyn, NY that started 2 hours later than scheduled.
米歌手マドンナがニューヨーク市ブルックリンでのコンサートの開始時間を２時間遅らせたとして、チケット購入者２人から訴えられていることが分かった
It became clear based on court records.
The lawsuit against Madonna was filed in New York on January 17th, which CNN later learned about on the 18th.
マドンナに対する訴訟は１７日にニューヨークで提起され、ＣＮＮが１８日に情報を入手した
The lawsuit includes cases for false advertisement and misrepresentation.
Last month, the tickets advertised the concert held at Brooklyn’s Berkeley center would start at 8:30p.m. However, the concert began past 10:30p.m. all three nights.
The lawsuit claims that extreme inconvenience arose due to the majority of concert goers leaving the arena after 1:00 a.m.

Public transportation and rideshares were limited, so the prices of transportation included an expensive late night fee.
Additionally many concert goers who went during the weekend had work the following day, so their sleep time was reduced, the lawsuit claims.

In addition to Madonna the lawsuit also includes the tour management and advertisement company ”Live Nation Worldwide”, ”Live Nation M tours”, an ”Brooklyn Events Center”, the center in charge of the venue and business dealings.
訴訟はマドンナのほか、ツアーの運営・宣伝を担ったライブ・ネーション・ワールドワイド社、ライブ・ネーションＭツアーズ社、会場と取引があるブルックリン・イベンツ・センター社を被告に挙げている
提案されている集団訴訟の原告には、マドンナの米国ツアーのチケットを保有する人などが含まれる
訴状には「コンサート開始が午後１０時半以降になることを知っていたら、原告や他の集団訴訟参加者はチケット購入に同意しなかったはずだ」との文言もある
