An 8-year-old girl who drowned and died in the pool died, found under play equipment
１５日午後２時、東京都の遊園地「としまえん」のプールで、水面に浮かんだ遊具の下で溺れている埼玉県の小学生（８）が見つかりました

According to the Metropolitan Police Department Nerima Station, she was wearing life jackets
There was a possibility that she slipped unde the play equipment and was unable to get out. The situation and cause of death are under investgation.
