High school students helped the elderly using LIVE119
Last month, at a restaurant in Akishima City, Tokyo, the elderly collapsed because of the throat.
Two high school students nearby called 119 and helped the elderly using the system called LIVE119.
In this system, if you call 119, you will receive a URL from the fire department to your smartphone.
If you access the URL, you can send the video you are shooting with the camera.
And until the ambulance comes, the firefighters will watch the video and tell them what to do to help the fallen.
