Sake made with yeast grown in space and the deep sea, an event to introduce in Hong Kong
On the 7th, there was an event in Hong Kong to introduce sake from Kochi prefecture.
In 2005, the yeast used in this sake was sent into space by the Russian spacecraft Soyuz.
After that, I raised it in the sea at a depth of about 6200m.
The name of the sake is ”Tosa Space Deep Sea Sake”
People who came to the event enjoyed the taste and aroma, saying, ”The taste and feel are special, and it’s different from the sake I usually drink.”
