”IRODORI” 500 yen (excluding tax) is a consommé-flavored all-purpose salt blended with powdered vegetables such as tomatoes, onions, and carrots, spices, and rock salt from Sicily.
This product inherits the mascot brand ”Salad Elegance” manufactured and sold by the same company released in 1975, and has a new name and package design.
It is said that the deliciousness since its release will remain the same, and various recipes and usages will be delivered so that it can be used in more various menus.
The unique combination of the company, a spice specialist manufacturer that has been close to the Japanese dining table through spices, features a consommé flavor that makes the most of the umami of vegetables and spices.

The product package contains a QR code for the recipe page, and 100 recipes using ”IRODORI” will be released on Monday, August 22nd.
