キユーピーが開発したのは、大豆が原料となっているスクランブルエッグのような商品「ＨＯＢＯＴＡＭＡ（ほぼたま）」です
Kewpie has developed a scrambled eggs-like product ”HOBOTAMA” made from soybeans.
This product does not use eggs, but by processing soybeans etc. with our own technology, the flavor and texture of the eggs are reproduced.
Since it will be sold to hotels and restaurants in Japan for commercial use from the end of this month, we are saying that we would like to consider products for home use in the future.
Amid rising health and environmental awareness, Kewpie wants to meet the new needs of consumers by developing alternative products for eggs.
