　飲料大手いんりょうおおてのキリンホールディングスは健康食品けんこうしょくひんなどを扱あつかうファンケルへのTOB（株式公開買かぶしきこうかいかい付つけ）が成立せいりつしたと発表はっぴょうしました

　キリンは6月がつからファンケルへのTOBを実施じっししていて、買かい付つけ期限きげんとなる今月こんげつ11日時点にちじてんでTOBが成立せいりつしたということです

　これにより、ファンケルは9月がつ19日付にちづけでキリンの連結子会社れんけつこがいしゃになります
