North Korea launched a missile using missile technology
According to the government, North Korea launched a missile using missile technology around 10:43 p.m. on the 21st.
The projectile was split into several parts, and one fell into the Pacific Ocean after passing through the sky between the main island of Okinawa and Miyako Island.
Immediately after learning of the launch, the government issued a J-Alert, telling people in Okinawa to ``evacuate inside buildings or underground.’’
