Vote over Twitter, limited to paid service subscribers

Mr. Elon Musk indicated his intention to limit participation in voting to subscribers of the paid service ”Blue” in a survey conducted on Twitter asking about the company’s policies.
Twitter’s blue is a paid service that allows you to add a certification mark that indicates that the account is the person you are, and to correct typos after posting.
When a user posted on the 19th that ”only blue members should be able to participate in voting on company policy,” Mr. Musk replied, ”That’s a good point of view.
