温泉おんせんから「金きん」がとれた

海洋研究開発機構かいようけんきゅうかいはつきこうなどの研究けんきゅうグループは、温泉おんせんから金きんを取とる方法ほうほうを見みつけたと言いいました

Research groups such as the Japan Agency for Marine-Earth Science and Technology say they have found a way to extract gold from hot springs

Gold is melting in underground magma

マグマの周まわりの熱あつい水みずに金きんが溶とけて、ゆっくりと地面じめんに上あがってきます

Gold dissolves in the hot water around the magma and slowly rises to the ground.

グループは、地下ちかの熱あつい水みずに金きんが溶とけているのだから、温泉おんせんの中なかにもあると考かんがえました

The group thought that since gold was dissolved in the hot underground water, it was also in the hot springs.

そして、金きんを取とるために、「ラン藻そう」という藻もから作つくったシートを使つかう方法ほうほうを考かんがえました

グループは秋田県あきたけんの玉川たまがわ温泉おんせんで実験じっけんをしました

The group conducted an experiment at Tamagawa Onsen in Akita prefecture.

シートを7か月げつぐらい温泉おんせんの中なかに入いれると、金きんを取とることができました

If you put the sheet in the hot spring for about 7 months, you could get gold.

1tのシートを使つかったと計算けいさんすると30gぐらいです

If you use a 1t sheet, it’s about 30g.

世界せかいの金きんを取とる山やまでは、1tの石いしから金きんが3gから5gぐらいとれます

In the gold mountains of the world, 3g to 5g of gold can be obtained from 1 ton of stone.

グループの人ひとは「金きんを取とるための新あたらしい方法ほうほうになると考かんがえています」と話はなしています
