Chinese man in his 70s died after being hospitalized for corona infection
According to the Japanese Consulate General in Guangzhou, southern China, a Japanese man in his 70s who lived in the area under his jurisdiction died two days after being hospitalized after being infected with the new coronavirus.

The man had an underlying disease, and the hospital said the cause of death was ”sudden cardiac arrest.”
In China, after the government relaxed infection control measures last month, the number of patients has increased rapidly in various places, and two Japanese men in their 40s and 70s have been confirmed to have died after being infected.
