AEON Retail Part-time salary equal to that of full-time employees
Supermarket company Aeon Retail started a new salary system for part-time workers at the end of February.
The hourly wages of those who work 120 hours or more in a month and are responsible for sales floors will be the same as those of other employees.
Now, the salaries of the 42 people who pass the exam are the same as those of the employees.
