Busan: Permission granted to plan a flood resistant Water City
韓国の釜山市が、野心的で新しい海上への移住計画を認可しました
Busan City in South Korea approved of a new ambitious above sea migration plan.
In 2022 the first section work is planned to start.
設計者によれば、今回提案されている「水上都市」は一連の相互接続されたプラットフォームで形成され、最終的には１万人を収容できるようになります
According to the designers the this time proposed ”Water City” is formed as a series of interconnected platforms, whichs final form will be able to accomodate 10.000 people.
Regarding the coastal area, because of the rise in sea level that will bring about a menace, it seems to be a bold solution strategy.
この「オーシャニクス」計画は設計者や建築家、技師の協業で２０１９年に「耐洪水」都市のための計画として発表され、グループはその後、試作品を建設できる場所を探していました
This ”Oceanics” plan is a cooperative work of it’s designers, architects and engineers for the sake of a ”Flood resistant” city announced in 2019. Afterwards that group was searching for a place for the prototypes construction.
工場であらかじめ製造され所定の位置にけん引されたプラットフォームは海とともに浮き沈みします
At the factory pre-manufactured platforms are towed at fixed places and will rise and fall together with the sea.
Each platform has a wideness of around 2 hectares, the biggest 7-floor building is designed to accomodate 300 people.
