Audi Japan announces EV strategy for Japanese market EV3 model ”Q4 e-tron”

German car maker Audi’s Japanese subsidiary ”Audi Japan” has announced a new EV (electric vehicle) to be introduced in the Japanese market.
Audi Japan has released the third EV ”Q4 e-tron” scheduled to be released around the fall of this year.
The distance that can be run on one charge is more than 500 km, and since renewable energy is also used when producing cars at the factory, it does not emit carbon dioxide from production to running.
At the same time as this announcement, Audi Japan announced the EV strategy of the Japanese market toward the realization of a carbon-free society.
By 2024, more than 15 EV models will be introduced, and in 25 years, 35% of new car sales will be EV.
Audi wants to lead the market by launching more EVs in the Japanese market than other automakers.
