A man wearing an ankle bracelet, due to previously committed Sex Crimes, is on suspicion of destruction and of killing women.

In Korea, a newly released man, with an attached electronic ankle bracelet for monitoring movements, has killed a woman, while still wearing his device. After later removing his device, he went on the run, and while on the run, he committed an additonal murder. A ripple effect that continued to spread.
He is a man in his 50s, who kicked up a microphone from the press at a court in Seoul, South Korea
He is a suspect who appeared to be examined for arrest warrants such as murder charges.
The man was sentenced because of a sexual offense and was forced to wear an anklet with an electronic device to keep track of his location when he was paroleed in May this year, but he killed a woman in her 40s on the 26th. Following that,he broke the anklet and removed it to escape.
Three days later, he was arrested for murdering a woman in her 50s.
