Two days later, the person arrested was an unemployed person in Asahikawa City, Hokkaido, suspected by Hitoshi Kubo (70).
It is suspected that he stole 9 pieces of underwear from the washer / dryer at the coin line dolly on the 30th of last month.
The underwear was used by a woman in her 60s, and Suspect Sagakubo admitted that she had done it.
