A French prosecutor`s office said in a statement dated May 5 that two explosions had occurred in the port area of Beirut, causing serious damage, and that 21 French nationals had been injured so far. Revealed that the investigation was started in doubt
The prosecutor`s authority states that he has certain authority over acts outside France and that the actual investigation will be carried out by the police organization.
